Each Course (Minimum of 57 Total Hours) - 3.5 Credits

Credit Hour Breakdown

  • Lecture = 6 Hours ( .5 credit)

  • Study = 13.5 Hours ( .5 credit

  • Main Course Book = 7.5 Hours (.5 Credits)

  • 1,000-1,200 Word Essay = 18 Hours (1 Credits)

  • Ministry Practicum = 12 Hours Per Course/ Month (1 Credits)

Lecture + Main Course Book + Essay + Practicum = 57 Total Hours ( 3.5 Credits)

*Ministry Practicum means to work in a ministry or church setting that is approved by the Dean of ASM. *This must be approved before hours can count.*

  • Ministry Practicum = 8 Hours Per Course/ Month= (.5 Credits)
